Website access and hosting

When you access this website, technical data needed to deliver and secure the site may be processed. This can include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system, device information and server-status data.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the reliable, secure and technically efficient operation of the website and the prevention and investigation of misuse or faults. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless an incident requires longer retention.

The website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites services provided by OpenAI and infrastructure services provided by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf where required to deliver, protect and maintain the website.

Project inquiries and email

When automatic email delivery is enabled, your contact and project details are submitted to our website and passed to Resend to deliver the inquiry to our team by email. If the form opens a draft in your email application instead, you must send that email to complete your inquiry.

When CRM delivery is enabled, the website sends your enquiry to our Google Sheets CRM through Google Apps Script. This includes the contact details, project fields and file links you submit. The IP address supplied by our hosting service is added to the enquiry record where available. Our team can use the record to respond and prepare your proposal.

We process your information to answer the inquiry, prepare a proposal and manage subsequent project communication. Where the inquiry concerns a possible or existing contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business communication is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and maintaining business relationships.

Uploaded files

If you choose a design, reference or font file, it is uploaded to our object storage before the inquiry is sent. The inquiry email contains a randomly generated download link so our team can retrieve the file. The file name, file content, file type and technical upload information are processed for this purpose.

Uploading a file is optional. Do not upload special-category, confidential or third-party personal data unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it. Anyone who receives the unlisted download link may be able to access the file.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures at your request. Uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to review and handle the inquiry. Unless required for a resulting project, legal claims or statutory retention obligations, they are deleted after the inquiry has been completed.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be made available to hosting, infrastructure, email and IT service providers only where necessary for website operation, security and inquiry handling. Processors are contractually bound in accordance with Article 28 GDPR where required.

OpenAI and Cloudflare services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are used. Where applicable, transfers to certified US recipients may also rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

With your consent, we remember the campaign or referral that brought you to this website for the current browser tab. This can include UTM campaign parameters, Google or Meta click identifiers, a supplied keyword, the landing page and the referring page. These details are stored in session storage and included with your enquiry so we can understand which campaigns lead to enquiries. We do not infer a search term when none is supplied.

Optional campaign storage is enabled only after you choose Allow tracking. You can decline or change your choice using Tracking preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect the enquiry form. Withdrawing consent removes the stored campaign details for future enquiries; closing the browser tab ends this storage session. Data already submitted with an enquiry is handled under the retention and rights sections below.

The legal basis for this optional attribution is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. No Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixel is loaded by this feature, and it does not send conversion events to advertising platforms. We store your tracking choice for the current tab to respect it during navigation. Necessary hosting storage and your language preference are separate.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Correspondence and project data may be retained where required by statutory commercial or tax retention duties, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. When the purpose and any legal retention obligation cease to apply, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure or access. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so highly sensitive information should be shared only through an appropriately protected channel agreed with us.
