Technical principle

The illuminated shape follows the artwork.

Liquid Acrylic is planned around the contours and light areas of the design rather than one continuous profile width. We coordinate the illuminated body, supports, sealing and cable exits as a complete construction.

Variable lines & filled shapes

Changing stroke widths and filled light areas are assessed against the artwork and dimensions. Very fine details still need a production check.

Backings, rails & separate letters

Cut-to-letter, contour-cut, rectangular and box constructions are available. Liquid Acrylic also allows a mounting rail or individual elements, with cable routes planned for each part.

Permanent outdoor planning

IP67 executions are available for exterior use. Power supplies, connectors, mounting and cable entries must also suit the actual exposure; these are confirmed in the proposal.

When is Liquid Acrylic preferable to Clip or Flex?

Consider Liquid Acrylic when your design needs varying line widths, filled luminous areas, a mounting rail or individual elements. It is also the option we assess for permanent outdoor exposure with an IP67 construction.

Can I order individual letters without a shared backboard?

Yes, subject to the artwork and mounting surface. Each element needs suitable fixing and a planned cable route. We coordinate these details and the installation drawing before production.

Is Liquid Acrylic the same as 360° Acrylic Neon?

No. Liquid Acrylic is selected for its custom light shapes, mounting options and outdoor executions. The 18 mm 360° acrylic construction is selected for an all-round luminous form viewed from several sides, such as suspended or freestanding objects.

What do you need to prepare a neon quote?

Send your logo or lettering, approximate width and height, location and a photo of the mounting area. We check feasibility, propose the construction and provide a visual or technical drawing for approval before production.
