Starting a project
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
A logo or design, approximate dimensions, the installation location and a photo of the space are ideal. If some details are missing, send what you have and we will guide the next step.
Can we start with only an idea?
Yes. A short description is enough for an initial conversation. We can help translate the idea into a suitable signage direction.
Which file formats can we upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and WEBP files are supported, up to 20 MB per upload.
Design & production
Will we see the sign before production?
Yes. You receive a visual or technical drawing for approval before production begins.
Can you match our brand colours?
We can specify LED colours, finishes and selected colour references around the available materials and lighting technology.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on technique, size and project scope. Standard neon projects are commonly planned within several weeks; complex illuminated signage and rollouts require a project-specific schedule.
Technical & installation
Can the signage be used outdoors?
Yes, when the construction is specified for exterior exposure. The correct materials, ingress protection and mounting depend on the site.
Do you support installation?
We plan fixing, power and cable routing and can coordinate delivery or installation depending on project location and scope.
What warranty do you provide?
Our signage projects include a 36-month warranty, subject to the agreed specification and intended use.
